You are in control. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop our emails, whether you live in New Zealand, the United States or elsewhere. It is free, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
How we respond
- New Zealand: within 20 working days, as the Privacy Act 2020 requires.
- United States: within 45 days (we tell you if we need longer), as state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act require.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we do not give your information to the wrong person.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and your data is never used to train AI models.

We use what you send only to handle your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include passwords or payment details.
