BACKS ME is the approval queue for every helper, and it's always on. Each draft shows you what will be sent, to whom, and why. Approve it, edit it, or skip it. If an item involves money, a contract, a deletion or anything legal, it is Red tier: ME4SME never does it. It routes you to Xero, or hands it back to you, and you decide.
As you approve the same kind of item again and again, you can choose to let routine things go ahead and tell you afterwards. That's your call, one helper at a time.
