What is ME4SME?
ME4SME is AI that does the jobs on an owner's list. Each helper takes one job, such as chasing invoices, sorting the inbox or writing your daily brief, and every draft waits in one queue where you tap Approve, Edit or Skip. It is being built by Kevin D'Ambros-Smith of Simple-Growth.
How do you say ME4SME?
"Me for S-M-E". The name is a promise: finally, someone is on my side, the owner of a small or medium-sized business.
Who is ME4SME for?
Owners and founders of businesses with 1 to 50 staff who are the bottleneck in their own business. It is chosen by mindset, not sector: trades, clinics, agencies, professional services, manufacturers and online sellers.
Does it replace my staff?
No. ME4SME is software. It takes on repeatable admin, follow-up and drafting work so you and your team can spend time on the work only people can do. Judgement, relationships and the final say stay with you. Results vary.
Will it send things without asking me?
Not unless you choose that for a routine job. You start in Ask first mode, where everything waits for your approval. Anything involving money or contracts is never done for you: ME4SME hands it back to you.
Can it pay my bills?
No. ME4SME never pays a bill or moves money. It sends you to Xero, and you decide.
What does the free audit involve?
Seven questions, one per screen, about two minutes. It ranks the helpers for your business and tells you which one to hand over first. Your answers stay in the window, and you do not need to give an email to see your result.
Do I need Xero?
Only for PAYS ME, which reads your Xero invoices. Other helpers work with your email, calendar and files.
When can I use it and what will it cost?
ME4SME is being built now. The free audit is open today, and waitlist members get early-access news first. Each helper will be a small monthly subscription. Pricing is to be confirmed and will be shared with the waitlist before anyone is asked to pay.
Can I stop a helper?
Yes. You can pause or stop any helper at any time.
