Amber
Drafts, and you tap to approve. Anything that goes to a customer, a supplier or the public.
Red
Only with your explicit yes: money, contracts, deletes and legal. ME4SME does not do these for you.
What ME4SME will not do.
- It will not pay a bill or move money. It sends you to Xero, and you decide.
- It will not write your numbers. Amounts come from Xero by code. The AI writes the words.
- It will not send anything without your tap, unless you choose that for a routine job.
- It will not contact anyone cold without consent. FINDS ME follows New Zealand's Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act and, for US recipients, CAN-SPAM.
